This year’s grapes were sourced from our friends in the Yarra Valley and already has five years on its age, making it a crowd pleaser at our cellar door.
Tasting Notes: A deep purple colour with enticing aromatics. The white pepper, purple florals, blackberry and fresh blood plums. The palate has a velvety feel with fresh acidity in keeping with the cool climate expression of Shiraz. The finish is balanced and fine with great length.
Serve: As an ideal roast accompaniment, especially lamb and beef. In cooler months, it will stand up to rich stews and braises.
